Agency Transparency Index

A public directory of agencies that operate with Tier-1 forensic audit standards. Not a ranking. A list of verified versus unverified.

What this is: Every agency on this Index has passed a forensic infrastructure review, holds an active Ad IntellX Institutional subscription, and operates at least three client accounts under continuous Tier-1 signal monitoring. Agencies not on this list have not been verified. Founders can use this Index to evaluate agencies before signing a retainer, and ask the ones not listed why they aren't.

How the Index creates the standard

Nielsen didn't rate TV shows, it measured audiences. Both networks and advertisers needed the number. The Index works the same way.

For certified agencies
Being on the Index proves your data access is what you claim it is. Clients can verify it independently. Competitors cannot buy their way onto it. It becomes your clearest competitive differentiator at the pitch stage.
For founders evaluating agencies
Before you sign a retainer, run a free diagnostic on your current account. Then check if your agency is on the Index. If they're not, ask them why. The absence is informative, not damning, but worth asking about.
For the market
The Index creates a measurable standard where none existed before. Over time, "Is your agency Ad IntellX Certified?" becomes standard due diligence, the same way "Is this building inspected?" is standard before buying property.
Certification Requirements

Three criteria. No exceptions.

Certification is activity-based, not just payment-based. Every agency on the Index is genuinely using forensic infrastructure, not buying a badge.

Active Institutional Subscription
The agency holds an active Ad IntellX Institutional plan ($1,497/mo), which provides Tier-1 forensic API access, multi-client workspace, and white-label reporting infrastructure. Certification is immediately suspended if the subscription lapses.

Minimum Active Client Monitoring
The agency actively monitors at least three client Meta ad accounts through Ad IntellX in any given 30-day period. This ensures certification reflects active forensic practice, not passive subscription. Agencies approaching inactivity receive warnings before any status change.

Ad IntellX Onboarding Review
A completed 30-minute onboarding review with the Ad IntellX team confirming platform setup, client account access, and data workflow integration. This one-time review ensures the agency is using the forensic data layer correctly before the certification is granted.
